Migration to new Data Visibility and Download Systems

Thank you for being a user of AxelGlobe service. In order to provide a better experience for our users, we would like to announce a major update to how we handle the Visibility and Downloadability of our data in AxelGlobe.
The Old System
Up to now, as a customer of AxelGlobe, the data visible to you has been limited based on a complex set of rules enforced per Organization. Feature Flags per Organization and various types of Subscriptions and Credits were used to determine what data you could see and what data you could download.
Not only were these systems complex, they were also inflexible. This meant that once Subscriptions or Credits were created, making changes to them was difficult and often involved workarounds or special cases.
This system will remain available as a temporary fall back in the case of issues with migration.
The New System
The new system is much more simple. Rather than various types of Subscriptions and Credits to control Visibility and Downloadability, the new system will be as follows:
Visibility:
In principle, all data is visible. In rare special cases, some data may be hidden for exclusivity contracts or sensitivity reasons.
Downloadability:
Instead of various types of Subscriptions, a flexible and universal Agreement is used to describe an AOI and TOI for which you can download data within.
Instead of Credits, a flexible Monthly Download limit is granted to the Organization.
We hope that this new system improves your experience in browsing AxelGlobe data and products.
What if I have ongoing Subscriptions
The first phase of migration will be only for New Organizations and Organizations without ongoing Subscriptions or contracts. Any other Organizations that have ongoing work will be checked and contacted individually to avoid any unexpected changes.
